Gathering Groups

Come as you are. You’re not alone.

A twelve-week group, with an in-person retreat in week eight

The twelve weeks

A familiar circle, one week at a time.

A calm, small-group program for first responders and others carrying trauma. The same people meet online each week, making room to speak plainly, listen without fixing, or take a breath before finding words.

  1. Weeks 1-7

    Meet each week.

The group returns to the same video call, building trust in a steady and unhurried rhythm.

  2. Week 8

    Gather in person.

The retreat belongs inside the program, with time to prepare and familiar people beside you.

  3. Weeks 9-12

    Return together.

Weekly sessions continue after the retreat, carrying the conversation through the final weeks.

A pause inside the rhythm

Step out of the usual pace.

By week eight, the people beside you are no longer strangers. The retreat offers space to be together beyond the screen, held by preparation beforehand and weekly sessions afterward.

A separate research pathway

The clinical trial has its own door.

Alongside the group program, a clinical trial is studying psilocybin-assisted group therapy. Research participation begins with its own screening, informed consent, and eligibility process.

The first step

Begin with a conversation.

Intake is a chance to hear how the program works, ask what matters, and decide whether this group feels like the right next step.

You do not need the right words.
